There are a lot of agents to choose from but very few that have been approved to use the SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designation and work with senior adults.
(I am one of three in the Amarillo Area)

Selling or buying real estate is almost always an emotional experience, particularly when accompanied by a major lifestyle change or a long distance move. I realize that Seniors have worked and saved long and hard for your EQUITY. I appreciate that most Seniors cannot recover from a bad transaction. That's why you need an SRES Certified Agent, who really understands your needs and who will explain your options without pressuring you into a fast - and maybe unfortunate - decision.
